Does your image have enough pixels for that print?
Check source detail, borders and cropping before resizing. This checks numbers; it cannot approve real-world print quality.
1. Original image
Or type the original pixel dimensions below. HEIC and PDF are not supported.
2. Intended print
What this means
- Pixels are the actual image detail. A 300 DPI label by itself does not add pixels.
- Fit keeps the entire image with borders. Fill crops it; the same image can have less effective detail after filling a tall page.
- 300 PPI is an example target, not a universal printer requirement. Ask your printer about their required file, size, bleed and colour.
- Enough pixels does not fix blur, compression, poor colour or a wrong crop. Check a physical proof before selling printed work.
Need export files?
Print Size Studio is a separate offline tool for PNG/JPEG and size-bundle exports. Its paid edition is not open for sale yet. This free checker works by itself and does not resize your image.
Free alternative: Photopea’s image-size and DPI instructions. Only this link opens a website; the checker makes no network requests.
