KNOW WHAT CHANGED BEFORE YOU ORDER
Same SKU.
Different deal?
Compare two supplier price lists. See unit-price changes, altered packs and the rows that need a closer look.
A small review, with a clear result
Use CSV exports from your spreadsheet. Choose both sets of columns, one currency and the number format. Nothing changes your source files.
1 Previous list
2 New list
3 Matching rules
SKU text keeps leading zeros. Prices are the cost of one pack; pack count is the number of identical units. Without a pack column, each price represents one unit. Only compare the same currency, tax basis, unit definition and product specification.
Start with the fictional example, or select your two CSV files.
Repeat the review
Queue up to 10 pairs using each pair’s current column choices and rules. Then create one combined report. Queue data stays in memory until you clear or close this page.

Exceptions to resolve
Percent change is blank when the old unit price is zero. Blocked rows are never treated as valid price changes. Results are arithmetic checks, not an instruction to buy or update prices.
Free starter, useful on its own
Compare one pair, up to 500 data rows per file, and download both reports. The offline full edition supports up to 10,000 rows per file, reusable supplier rules and batches of 10 pairs. It is a separate download; this page has no payment or account form.
Full-edition purchase link will appear only after a listing is published and checked.
Limits, privacy and help
- UTF-8 CSV / TSV only. No Excel workbooks, formulas, passwords or PDF price lists. Convert your spreadsheet to CSV first.
- Maximum four price decimal places; non-negative prices up to 1,000,000,000,000. Pack counts: whole numbers from 1 to 1,000,000.
- Duplicate SKUs, missing IDs, invalid values, wrong currency and uneven rows are reported. Resolve exceptions in your original export and run again.
- Decimal format is explicit: 1,234 means 1234 with dot-decimal rules, and 1.234 with comma-decimal rules. Verify the chosen setting against your supplier’s convention.
- No exchange rates, tax calculation, fuzzy matches or product similarity checks. Changed pack descriptions and hidden discounts require human review.
- Files and queued pairs are processed in memory. No analytics, local storage, cookies or server uploads are used by this tool. Closing or clearing releases its in-page data; downloaded files remain on your device. Browser extensions, hosting logs and the device itself are outside the tool’s control.
- Report CSVs protect leading formula characters with an apostrophe. Import SKUs as text in spreadsheets to keep zeros. Confirm the report in your own spreadsheet before using it.
- AI-assisted implementation; original comparison rules. Human buyer feedback and native-browser tests remain separate from automated checks.
- Support: shruti4thewin@gmail.com. Share a fictional example, not a confidential supplier file.
